Bill and Lynne Springer, owners of Eden’s Earth, Wind and Fryer, met in Naples, Florida while Bill ran his former restaurant and Lynne sold him restaurant supplies; they have been married since 1998. Their shared Christian faith is the basis of their higher calling, which is to serve people.

Bill is a certified executive chef graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, based in New York. A graduate of Providence College, Lynne worked in the restaurant supply distribution industry prior to meeting Bill.

Bill and Lynne enjoy having fun with food and serving people. Bill believes in “old school” preparation and makes all he can from scratch. His delicious creations are a fusion between Pacific Rim and American fare, resulting in a unique taste that is sure to please even the most discriminating palate.
